My Current Obession: Serena-Style Dresses

Since fashion is always changing, so is my style. Right now I've been really into Serena's style from Gossip Girl, and I try to find clothes that are inspired by her. If you know Serena, she is someone that loves to wear body-con type dresses, with a twist. I think the dresses she wears are very flattering and I'm just completely in love with them!

Get Ready for Spring: Outfits Inspired by Gossip Girl

One of my favorite shows for style inspiration is Gossip Girl. I love all of Blair and Serena's outfits. So, since spring is right around the corner I wanted to put some outfits together inspired by Gossip Girl, but at a much lower price. All of the items featured here are less than $50. These aren't exact outfits that either Blair or Serena wore on the show, but they're something I think they would wear. I also tried to incorporate some spring trends like color-blocking, polka dots, and chunky jewelry. I hope you enjoy!

I wanted to make a blog post to acknowledge one of the best online stores ever: ModCloth.com. If you love all things vintage and quirky than this is the store for you! Pieces range from a 1950's style poodle skirt, to an eating utensils necklace. There are also decorations for your house and auctions for real vintage items.  If I could win a shopping spree to any store, it would definitely be this one. I cannot even begin to explain how much I love the clothes on there.
